Ashridge learning resource
Access a range of development materials through our specially-designed tool for leadership competencies, covering the LGA's political skills framework and managerial leadership skills.
The Ashridge Virtual Learning Resource Centre (VLRC) caters for the learning and development needs of local government political and managerial leaders.
The LGA has partnered with Ashridge Business School to provide this bespoke VLRC available to councillors and local government professionals in England and Wales.

If the link does not appear to you once you've signed in, you may still qualify for access if you belong to one of the following council partner organisations.
- Broads Authority
- fire and rescue authorities
- joint waste authorities
- joint waste disposal authorities
- metropolitan passenger transport authorities
- national park authorities.
