Advisory services to London Digital Mental Wellbeing Service "Good Thinking"

The London Mental Digital Wellbeing Service enables Londoners to assess their own mental health, get information about how to look after their own wellbeing, access support, and connect with others - including mental health professionals. PHEBI applied an underpinning behaviour change framework, used low cost interventions to optimise the flow of users to and through the digital space, and advised on the selection and offer of apps for wellbeing support – all based on existing theory and evidence.

Hounslow Healthy Choices Made Easy Secondary School Trial

PHE Behavioural Insights worked with London Borough of Hounslow to conduct a randomised control trial investigating the effect of a healthy food environment checklist designed using behavioural insights on the healthy and unhealthy food purchases made by secondary school students.

Tullie House Museum – future sustainability

Carlisle City Council recruited a productivity expert with experience in the museum, heritage and cultural sector, to advise on the financial resilience of the Tullie House Museum; reduce its dependence on direct grant funding from Carlisle City Council; and identify a sustainable future funding level which reflected the operating demands of the museum and the council’s ongoing budget pressures. Winner iESE Award 2018: transforming through technology

Shepway District Council (now Folkestone and Hythe District Council) transformed its revenues and benefits service by reinventing the way that the service operated for both the customer and the council. It received recognition for its work when it won the 2018 iESE Award for transforming through technology.
