This document was adopted by the LGA's Shadow General Assembly on 17 December 1996, and amended by the LGA General Assembly on 18 December 1997, 6 July 1999, 27 June 2000, 29 July 2004 by the LGA Executive (under delegated authority of the General Assembly on 6 July 2004) 12 December 2005, 12 December 2007, 1 July 2008 and July 2010.
