Having the right local government workforce is key to successfully delivering effective local services.
How we support workforce
The LG Group works on your behalf by:
- being the local government employer voice on pay, pensions and employment issues
- consulting and providing appropriate advice, support and guidance on key workforce challenges
- lobbying partners to help councils tackle key skills shortages.
