Service integration and the workforce

A workshop at the LGA conference heard how workforce integration as part of wider public service integration is a complex multi-layered issue. A variety of opinions were found in case studies and presentations from key organisations. The workshop included widespread calls for government to help enable change by addressing key issues around terms and conditions of employment and shared training and development of staff. You can access four case studies and presentations from Skills for Care and Public Health England.
