Evaluating our service

It's really important to us that we find out what you, our users, think about the things we do. Not just when stuff happens, but afterwards. Was it worth it? Did it make a difference? So we follow up our support with some further questions.

A summary report is here. Mostly, it's very positive. It feels as though we are doing a decent job for the sector. If you contributed to the survey work (carried out on our behalf by Arup), then thank you very much.
