Rates and overseas delegates

LGA member council rate

For many events, reduced rates apply for representatives from LGA member organisations. Members must sign in before placing online bookings to get the reduced rate.

Community and or voluntary sector rate

Conferences may have a limited number of places available for representatives from small community and voluntary organisations at a reduced rate. Please contact the conference administrator for further details.

Overseas delegates

Delegates from outside the UK who wish to attend a Local Government Association (LGA) conference must submit their applications, and funds must be cleared, to reach the LGA no later than:

• six weeks before a residential conference
• four weeks before a one-day conference.

Bookings from overseas delegates will be subject to the cancellation policy specified on the booking form.
