Show Us You Care campaign
LGA members' help is needed with our Show Us You Care campaign which calls for more funding in social care. Unless this is addressed, the money available for council services across England and Wales by 2020 will have shrunk by 90 per cent in cash terms. As you will be aware, this will have a dramatic impact in your local areas.
We believe it is vital we ensure the social care system provides certainty and stability for future generations, that it is fit for purpose and can be properly funded. We need your help to achieve these ambitions and have put together a pack to help with campaigning in your local area.
