In addition to the report the Forum published a range of factsheets to help organisations involve children, young people and their families in healthcare decisions and to help organisations and individuals in different parts of the system understand whether they are meeting the needs of children and young people.

In its recommendations the Forum asked key stakeholders including the LGA to promote the factsheets to support wider understanding of the issues. In response we have made the full set of factsheets available below to help support the sector in improving health and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people.
