Engaging lead members for children's services in sector-led improvement – how to get involved

Invitation to lead members for children's services and member peers delivering support to children's services to attend a half-day event on 28 March at Local Government House.

This event will provide an opportunity to discuss member engagement in sector-led improvement what will be on offer for members in 2012/13 and to hear from member peers about what it is like to be a peer  the impact of the Safeguarding Children peer review specifically.

This event follows on from the LGA's Children and Young People Board starting at 1.45 pm. A buffet lunch will be available from 1.00 pm.
