Commercialising innovation

The Local Government Association (LGA) has commissioned independent research on innovation. Councils recognise the important role that innovation plays in providing new sources of wealth and jobs. This paper is intended to stimulate discussion. We would like to thank the East of England LGA for their support with this research.
