Places can be reserved for the National Children and Adult Services (NCAS) conference, which takes place from 29 to 31 October in Manchester.
The programme includes debates on the implementation of the Care Act, commissioning, integration, child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), the Better Care Fund and children and adult safeguarding.
The event provides the ideal platform to showcase and learn from best practice, learn about the latest thinking on child and adult care, and look into the pressing issues for local government a new way of delivering care and support draws nearer.
Minister for Social Care, Norman Lamb MP and Secretary of State for Health, Jeremy Hunt MP will address delegates, as will Edward Timpson MP, Andy Burnham MP and Tristram Hunt MP.
Other sessions include speakers from organisations including the Royal College of GPs, Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).
