Creative Consequences research provides us with an ongoing knowledge base about the social, cultural and economic value of the arts in Essex. It shows that the arts provide good value for money in the county.
Unity House is an 18-storey office block that was built in 1973 and has been vacant since 1993. Advantage West Midlands funded the demolition of the building, and the site will now play a key role in the cultural regeneration of Stoke-on-Trent.
