Worcestershire County Council’s project focused on providing a digital solution to support their ‘Family Front Door’ initiative.

West Suffolk's approach to supporting families and communities puts residents and elected councillors at the heart of making positive change. The approach identifies connectors - well connected, active local people – who can contribute to local solutions for the community.

Broxbourne Borough Council commissioned consultants to develop an outline business case for the establishment of a local authority housing company to deliver new council housing.

Successfully anticipating and meeting housing need is one of the biggest challenges facing local authorities. This project forms one initiative, as part of a broader aim, to meet the ambitious housing requirement across the district, providing a broad range of accommodation for local residents.

The councils comprising the North London Housing Partnership wished to understand each other’s approaches to local housing company structures specifically, and new housing delivery generally.

Broadland District and South Norfolk Councils sought support from the LGA’s Housing Advisor Programme to develop a pioneering, shared service model for the single officer team who have been delivering the Housing and Homelessness service from January 2020.
