Festival Bridge is one of ten Bridge Organisations working nationally with investment from Arts Council England and the Department for Education. The aim of Bridge Organisations is to connect the cultural sector and the education sector so that children & young people can have access to great arts and cultural opportunities.

FEAST invests in community and artist-led projects and events that break new ground. Its specific purpose is to generate arts and cultural activity in towns, villages and parishes across Cornwall in a way that is highly visible to the public.

Beyond Brontës was launched in 2019 by Screen Yorkshire and Bradford Metropolitan District Council (MDC). The initiative increases diversity in the screen industries by providing TV and film production training and work placements to young people aged 18 to 30.

In 2020, North East Lincolnshire Council were successful in receiving a solicited grant of £250,000 from National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) in support of building capacity and driving engagement in an Area of Focus.

The North Yorkshire authorities have submitted a live case study, capturing their work so far to bring together the culture, leisure and sport provisions and strategies of their eight authorities as part of local government reorganisation.

The role of arts and culture in supporting the health and wellbeing of our citizens is well recognised by Birmingham City Council. Throughout the last year, we have worked to champion our local grassroots community organisations to conduct arts, culture, and health projects specific to communities.

As part of the post-Covid city centre plan Plymouth Culture developed and launched a programme of meanwhile use, taking on empty units and activating them as spaces for creative and cultural projects. The objective was to look beyond simply driving footfall to reimagining the high street.
