This report forms part of the LGA's evaluation of sector-led improvement. It provides an overview of feedback from graduates who comprised cohort 18 of the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp), which finished in the summer of 2018. The online survey was conducted shortly after the graduates attended their final ‘wrap up’ event.
