Dacorum Borough Council has piloted a ‘Local Working Group' bringing together 23 staff from different teams to work alongside each other for one week.

During this week, 75 per cent of their time was spent doing their day job in a co-working space, and 25 per cent of their time was spent collaboratively working on solving issues related to a geographical area covering two relatively deprived wards.
