The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to operate as a successful business administrator. It will develop an apprentice’s confidence and skills that are universally recognised across departments and employment sectors.
The programme is aimed at those who will be working in an administrative role within an organisation, performing daily tasks in business and administration enabling them to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge further.
The programme will work through a variety of units for an apprentice to gain the experience and skills needed to succeed as an administrator, which will include but not be exclusive to:
- principles of business communication and information
- principles of business
- communicate in a business environment
- principles of administration
- manage personal and professional development
