North East Lincolnshire Council: Welcome to the Future
North East Lincolnshire Council have used the University of Birmingham's research into the changing role of public sector employees in order to start working in a different way now and in the future.

Sutton Council: Smaller Bigger Different
Sutton Council wanted to ensure that every employee had the skills necessary to meet the new challenges facing the organisation. Fundamental to this was refreshing corporate values and launching a new ‘organisational purpose’, using the ‘21st century public servant’ characteristics to help begin the conversation with staff.
