The PAS archive contains a series of historic resources on developer contributions (CIL and S106 Planning Obligations) that may still be helpful when considering how to utilise these important planning tools and deliver infrastructure in your area.

Whilst the legislation and planning practice guidance have been updated since these resources were drafted they still provide useful insights in to the matters that should be considered when setting, implementing and governing spend of a CIL. We therefore thought it important that access to these resources remain available.
