In March 2021 we held a series of six events to support local authority officers and members about planning for gypsy and traveller sites.
The events covered:
- Undertaking robust needs assessment
- Making appropriate site provision and working across local authority boundaries
- dealing with planning applications
- dealing with retrospective planning applications and enforcement
We were very pleased to be supported by arc4 and moving for change. In addition to two overview events we held events specifically for councillors, London Boroughs and a "deep dive" for policy and DM officers.
