Neighbourhood Planning is best delivered when communities and local authorities are working together. The completion of a project plan for the production of a neighbourhood plan is a key piece of work to enable local authorities to be able to manage their support to communities.
We have produced this simple project management tool that includes the key tasks needed in the production of a neighbourhood plan; with indicative dates as a guide for each task. Actual dates can be inputted to produce a Gantt chart for the process. A space has been in between the main tasks to add further details if required.
