Suffolk County Council, District Councils and County Sports Partnership, with the support of Culture First (the culture and sport improvement network for the East region) have developed an outcomes framework for culture and sports contribution to the theme of strong communities.
Further elements of their framework will be added once they have been agreed by the partnership.
