What first inspired you to apply to NGDP?

I was really unsure what I wanted to for my long-term career, but I found the NGDP just a few days before the deadline.

It seemed like the perfect opportunity to learn and develop, network, and gain work experience alongside senior leaders- all at once!

How much did you know about the NGDP before you applied?

I did some research on the NGDP website, but I did not know very much about the scheme before applying.

What was the recruitment process like?  What kind of support did you get along the way?

The recruitment process was really smooth for me. I received a lot of communications from the team who offered support and flexibility on things like attending the assessment days.

What would be your advice to people thinking about applying to NGDP?

I would say go for it! My advice would be to be yourself and highlight what you are passionate about throughout the application process.
