ADASS Spring Survey publications (previously known as the ADASS Budget Survey) 

Each year the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services carries out an analysis of the state of social care finances drawn from current leaders in adult social care. Until 2021 the survey focused on the financial position and adult social care budgets of local authorities in England. From 2021, the title was amended to reflect how the survey has increasingly looked at so much more than budgets.
