This toolkit written in 206/17 shared the Council's experiences of redesigning their data management system to inform and strengthen the database for strategic planning across the Housing Market Area. Focussing on transport modelling and sensitive environments data, the project helped the local authorities in the greater Devon area to collaborate on producing the data.
