UPDATE: Alongside ALDC, we tabled a motion on the Financial Crisis in Local Government. Joe Harris will propose the motion and Bill Revans (Somerset Leader) will summate. We have also submitted some amendments to other motions and will circulate those to the Executive should they be accepted for debate.
