These seminars were aimed at those that have a CIL or are working on the implementation of a CIL. The aim of the seminars is to learn from those that have done it.
The presentations look at funding infrastructure including, the balance between s106 and CIL (reg 123 list) and practical implementation issues including: enforcement, appeals, spending, and governance. The speakers include DCLG, and representatives of development industry, Eversheds and local authorities that have CIL in place. The presentations are available to download.
