We have been working with The University of West of England (UWE) researching the role that Local Planning Authorities (LPA) can play in helping to promote and bring forward the delivery of housing-led development on brownfield land. We've turned the research into a set of case studies. Each one demonstrates how LPAs can successfully facilitate the bringing forward of land, work proactively with stakeholders, overcome obstacles and contribute to the delivery of positive outcomes from housing-led developments on brownfield land.
