Case studies from Ashford Borough Council and Plymouth City Council, reflecting on the experience and perspectives of lead officers on plan making practice, are included in our Local Plans Route Mapper.
PAS undertook research with the University of West of England (UWE) on the role that Local Planning Authorities (LPA) can play in delivering housing-led development on brownfield land. We turned the research into a set of case studies published in Autumn 2022. Each one demonstrates how LPAs can successfully facilitate the bringing forward of land, work proactively with stakeholders, overcome obstacles and contribute to the delivery of positive outcomes from housing-led developments.
We published Digital community engagement case studies in December 2020.
We also have some Strategic Plans case studies from 2019.
