The roles range from the MAT Chief Executive to IT Apprentice – and for all job families found in central teams including finance, school improvement, HR, estate/facilities management; governance; communications/marketing and business development.

How it works
You will provide the pay data for the posts in your central MAT teams, which will then be analysed in context of the full dataset.
The report you will receive back will include both the pay benchmarking data, but additional insights into the total reward package for these posts and contextual information such as regional differences and the impact of organisational size.
The cost of the pay benchmarking exercise will depend on the number of job titles in your central teams.
