Comparative Data – Employer Link Research & Reports

Schools gender pay gap 2021
Employer Link has analysed data submitted from 10,000 organisations to the government’s gender pay gap service. Subscribers are able to view the report, which includes data on: the mean, median and distribution of the pay gap, the difference between school phases (primary vs secondary), the proportion of men/women in each pay band and more to help employers with gender pay gap bench marking.

Multi-academy trusts (MATs) - chief executive pay
As part of bench marking work, Employer Link has analysed the chief executive pay of 25% of all MATs in England. This report covers: regional pay, wage inflation, organisation size, gender equality and gender pay gap, reward strategy insights, recruitment, and retention and more.

Apprenticeships in the academies sector
In 2019, 60 MATS completed a short questionnaire made by Employer Link in collaboration with the Academies Enterprise Trust.  The questionnaire provides useful information about MATs apprenticeships since the introduction of the levy.

Multi-academy trusts (MATs) workforce costs
This report is our most popular resource. Employer Link has analysed the workforce data published of 300 MATs and an analysis is available to read for subscribers. This report covers: executive pay, overall workforce costs, sickness absence, staff development (including the apprenticeship levy), staff numbers, part time working and more to help MATs with bench marking.
