PAS are hosted a series of online and in person workshops in January and February 2023 for local planning authorities to hear from DLUHC and to discuss design measures in the LURB, focusing particularly on Design Codes.
Working with DLUHC PAS delivered four workshop sessions - two in person sessions; Leeds 24/1 & London 14/2, and two online sessions; 25/1 & 15/2.
The sessions were an opportunity to get information on the design code requirements that are in the Bill, hear from LPAs actively preparing design codes and help to steer the support and guidance that will be available authorities in the future.
