As part of the technical consultation on the Infrastructure Levy we have worked with DLUHC to run a number of workshops focused on different areas of the consultation. At Workshop 1 we looked in more detail at the proposals for setting rates and charging the levy (Chapters 2 and 3 of the 17 March 2023 consultation paper).
