We worked with the development sector and councils to develop practical support that you can use to review and improve pre-application engagement in your authority. We had a range of speakers talking about how they deliver their pre-application services, use PPAs, involve the community and councillors and just what it costs to deliver these services efficiently.
Delegates and speakers told us that the workshops had challenged them about the way they did things but also provided them with some good ideas and tools to take back to their councils.
