An overview of some the key considerations of developing a hybrid working organisation, and information about a series of round table events to help us to develop a hybrid working model for local government to use.

This briefing summarises key findings from the landmark study ‘Analysis of Safeguarding Adult Reviews April 2017 – March 2019’, with particular reference to professional practice in direct work with the individual at risk of abuse and/or neglect. It is therefore of particular relevance to the work of practitioners and others who have frontline contact with individuals. It aims to support practitioners to apply best practice in their direct work and thus achieve positive outcomes in adult safeguarding.

Broadland District and South Norfolk Councils sought support from the LGA’s Housing Advisor Programme to develop a pioneering, shared service model for the single officer team who have been delivering the Housing and Homelessness service from January 2020.

The LGA commissioned Alma Economics to work with councils to develop a template sufficiency statement.
