Cheltenham, Cotswold, Forest of Dean and West Oxfordshire councils' 2020 Vision Programme is about making sustainable revenue savings, maintaining good quality services to the public, and developing a culture of creativity. Together, the projected cumulative savings over 10 years are forecast to be £39 million with annual savings of £5.7 million per year from 2020.
