North Norfolk District Council's Local Investment Strategy was formulated following a detailed consideration of how the Council could use its financial resources to generate a higher financial return whilst also supporting the provision of affordable housing. The Council has a long history of supporting the provision of affordable housing by providing free land and / or grant funding to Registered Providers but this approach has become unsustainable.
