North Warwickshire Borough Council (NWBC) and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) have been working together for a number of years on website design and content to reduce duplication and help share cost, ideas and skills. This case study forms part of our digital experts resource.
The two councils also use the same customer relationship management (CRM) system and work together on wider customer access initiatives as part of the Warwickshire Direct Partnership.
