This report forms part of the Local Government Association evaluation of sector-led improvement. It provides an overview of feedback from graduates who comprised cohort 17 of the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp), which finished in the summer of 2017. The online survey was conducted shortly after the graduates attended their final ‘wrap up’ event.
