The LGA works on behalf of councils and public sector organisations on an as and when needed basis to help with setting up and running recruitment programmes.
Programmes include
- The National Graduate Development Programme
- Returners (specific industry return to work programmes)
- Together programmes (specific industry pools of candidates to help with immediate service needs).
