Have they set a plan to make, buy or wear a reusable face covering? Do they know how to use a reusable face covering i.e how to put it on and take it off safely? Have they remembered to carry a reusable face covering with them? Have they remembered to wash it regularly? Do they know where to buy a reusable face covering?
Do your communities have the capability to use or make a reusable face covering?	Physical capability	Do they have sewing skills? Do they have the space in their homes for sewing equipment (machine, accessories etc.). Do they have the resources to make themselves a reusable face covering, i.e. can they afford to buy the necessary equipment?
