NJC FOR BRIGADE MANAGERS PAY SURVEY REPORT - 2021 & 2022

1. We write to inform you that the Brigade Managers Pay Survey report covering 2021 & 2022 is attached.
2. Recognising the pressure on resources due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NJC agreed to postpone running the 2021 annual pay survey.  
3. Accordingly, this most recent pay survey sought data from FRSs on two separate collection dates, 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022.
