The 2017 version of the PSC Handbook has been updated to reflect the following changes and additions to terms and conditions arising as a result of collective agreements reached at the Council since 1 April 2017:
Part 2 – Pay and Conditions of Service

There is a new clause on Deduction of Commuting Mileage from Claims (page 5).

In order to provide an accurate controlled copy of the 2017 version of the PSC Handbook, when clauses are amended, or new clauses added, the pages of the Handbook showing the relevant changes will be dated as at the date that the latest changes came into effect.
