This report forms part of the LGA's evaluation of sector-led improvement. It provides an overview of feedback on the impact of participating in the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp) from graduates who comprised cohort 16 of the ngdp, which finished in the summer of 2016. The online survey was sent out in August 2017, one year after the graduates attended their final ‘wrap up’ event.
