Safeguarding adults and adult social care - how to become a peer

Being part of a peer review team is widely acknowledged as a valuable development and learning opportunity.

As well as personal development, peer work is beneficial to the peers reviewer's organisation as the learning is two way. You'll see potentially new ways in which other organisations tackle problems that your own organisation may face.
