They signed a legally binding 10 year agreement to work as one system, with shared goals and shared responsibility for local people’s wellbeing. The past few years has seen digital service delivery becoming more and more relevant in increasing resident accessibility to services and delivering efficiencies. In March 2018, the LGA funded five councils to reuse the digital assets and learning from the Kent Home Choice Partnership project.

Digital Inclusion Programme

This programme supports 10 councils to work with specific cohorts of residents to support those who haven’t had the skills, confidence or infrastructure to go online so they can benefit from the potential for digital tools and solutions to contribute to improving life outcomes.
