This case study describes North East Lincolnshire’s progress developing integrated care arrangements. It is part of an evidence review commissioned from the Institute of Public Care.

A selection of case studies covering housing fraud; collaboration, strategies and policies; and identity checks.

Work by housing and police officers in visiting targeted properties, talking with the occupants and assessing the conditions uncovered a range of criminal activity and poor conditions, including exploitation, fraud, sham marriages and human trafficking.

Libraries faced an unprecedented demand for their services during lockdown. Libraries Connected estimate that libraries made 5 million additional digital loans and loaned 3.5 million more e-books than usual in this period.

Archive staff in Gloucestershire worked quickly, using their specialist professional archive skills to set up a system which enabled the scanning and sending of physical post to staff working from home.
