We've designed these two-day events to support opposition leaders and deputy leaders to excel in their role of leading an opposition group on their council.
Each event focuses on a range of topics, skills and techniques, including building good working relationships with key officers, engaging with external stakeholders, working with the local media and getting the most out of social media.
These events provide participants with cross-party opportunities to explore the nature of effective opposition and gain insight into their personal leadership and influencing styles.

Fee
The cost for attending one of these two-day residential events is £160 which includes accommodation, meals and all learning materials.
Attendees may wish to join us for dinner and stay at the venue the night before the event for an additional £55.
