Throughout 2023 One Public Estate will be celebrating its 10 year anniversary, with our involvement at UKREiiF on 16 – 18 May kicking things off.
One Public Estate began in 2013 as a pilot with just 12 council areas and a handful of government departments. Today in 2023, OPE has supported over 800 projects, spanning 98 per cent of English Councils, 12 government departments and hundreds of public sector stakeholders.
This achievement would not have been possible without the support and energy of our OPE public sector partners. Throughout 2023 we will be celebrating the places, projects and people who have co-located public services and unlocked the value of public sector assets, including land for homes.
If you’re attending UKREiiF 16 – 18 May, come and meet the OPE team on stand K36 in the Royal Armouries Hall, where we will be kicking off our birthday celebrations.
